First Shift is a searchable directory of clinical experience opportunities. It is not a hospital, clinic, employer, or application portal. We do not run the programs listed here.

Listings

We collect information from publicly available pages, and a person reviews listings before they are published. Listings can still be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always confirm details on the organization's own site before you apply.

Applying happens on the source website, not on First Shift. We do not guarantee that a program is still accepting applicants, that you will be selected, or that hours will count toward any school or application requirement.

We may change, unpublish, or remove listings at any time, including when we cannot re-verify them.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address you use to sign in and for reviews or reports you submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or close accounts that abuse the service.

Use of the site

You may browse and use the directory for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or our crawler in a way that disrupts the service.
